The WakaFit OC6 SPRINT 1/2 day workshop is 4 hours practical learning on how to apply stroke types specific to sprint racing to get the best out of your team. You will learn how to plan a race strategy together for 500m / TURNS race, and apply it on the water.

WakaFit OC6 ½ Day Workshop is a 1/2 day (4 hour), where strength meets synchrony. Designed for competitive crews ready to level up, this intensive sprint-focused workshop blends physical conditioning, team drills, and tactical clarity. Get ready to train smarter, paddle tighter, and race sharper.
What You’ll Learn:
- Sprint Phase Conditioning : Functional land-based warm-ups and prehab specific to explosive OC6 racing
- Seat Roles & Energy Transfer: Maximise each paddler’s contribution to power and timing across the hull
- Start Execution & Drive Timing : Learn how to generate clean, aggressive starts and fast transitions
- On-Water Sprint Drills for Synchrony & Fluency : Train together to sharpen collective timing, hull glide, and flow at speed
