Wakafit 2.5 W1 FUNCTIONAL Workshop

This workshop is to learn the functional movements of paddling, learn the skills, tools to enable the right muscles to be used in paddling to generate the most effective power output specific to W1. We teach tips and techniques that will enable you to paddle smarter, straighter with more confidence and power in your stroke. This is open to all W1 paddlers, all levels wanting to learn to be the best paddler

All paddlers must be competent swimmers, have lifejackets, bailers and spare paddles when attending these workshops.

Juniors are welcome to attend though are required parental supervision at all times. A waiver form will be required to be signed by all paddlers/participants before each workshop.
