About the event

The Small Craft Paddling clinic is a focused two‑hour session designed to help paddlers understand and apply the functional movement patterns that drive powerful, efficient paddling. Athletes learn how to activate the right muscles for maximum power output in their OC1 or V1, how to move with better alignment, and how to build confidence through smarter, cleaner technique. The session includes practical tools for paddling straighter, generating more power with less effort, and understanding how to rig your canoe for optimal performance.

This paddling clinic is open to paddlers of all levels who want to improve their speed, efficiency, and body awareness both on and off the water. The goal is to ensure every paddler leaves with techniques that reduce injury risk, increase power, and elevate their enjoyment of paddling.
