Crew Selection Workshop - Kahnawake

The OC6 Crew Selection coaching workshop supports teams in creating clear, fair selection processes. Sessions focus on identifying strengths, understanding seat roles, and assessing how paddlers blend and adapt in different combinations. Paddlers learn to show their abilities under pressure and work smoothly with varied line‑ups. Coaches gain clarity on criteria, communication and running a positive, athlete‑centred process.

Participants will have the unique opportunity to learn from the esteemed Vesna Radonich, an 8-time World Women’s Outrigger Champion and an internationally recognised paddling coach.
